3. Payments & Refunds

Fees are charged at enrollment. Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if progress is under 20%. Live cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start; thereafter, proportional refunds may be considered.

4. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, plagiarism, or unauthorized commercial use.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• Respect peer confidentiality in cohorts.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content is owned by PulseCopy Grove or its licensors. Course materials are for personal learning and may not be redistributed.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

We provide educational content “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
